Just take the nearest metro and that will take you to the all famous malls such as MOE,Dubai mall,Ibn batoota,Deira city centre,Burjaman,————cheers

Festival city hotels are great but only for Festival center mall , you have to take a taxi to town (not far). City center mall is about 5 minutes drive from there and Dubai mall is less than 15 minutes.
Any hotel close to metro will do basically because you can go to the other major malls using the metro.

No connection with “Chicago Beach Hotel” in any way.It has a different management and the actual tower is on an island built just for that purpose off shore , since when were the “Chicago Beach Hotel” on an island? …. The island that was not there.
